OUR VISION

The holistic health, anointing, competence and character of a leader determines their capacity to effectively make disciples and advance God’s Kingdom in our ever-changing, broken world. To that end, Bill and Jill have been gifted and called by God to discover, develop and deploy a new kind of leader for a new kind of ministry. Leveraging their 30+ years of ministry together as church planters, local church leaders, coaches to countless leaders and teams throughout the world, and Kingdom ministry equippers of thousands—Bill and Jill live to exalt Jesus and encourage everyone they come in contact with to live the life He has made possible.

As a member of the Gospel Movements Lead Team, Bill serves as the founding Director of Pioneering Initiatives. Pioneering Initiatives is a collection of leaders and teams situated around the world committed to making disciples from among the harvest, developing emerging leaders, multiplying everything, with the celebrated outcome of new expressions of culturally relevant, multiplying churches. Bill also equips and coaches existing church leaders and teams who desire to grow in their capacity to impact the advance of God's Kingdom in their context and beyond.

As a member of the Gospel Movements Lead Team, Jill serves as the Director of Staff Vitality. In this role, Jill serves as the Lead Shepherd for Gospel Movements, offering leadership and care to attend to “how” our missionaries are doing, not only “what” they are doing. Jill trains and coaches other leaders serving in a shepherding role, as well as serves as the Tribal Shepherd for the Pioneering Initiatives’ current 8 teams. Jill also provides a strategic complement to Bill’s ministry of equipping and coaching of leaders and teams worldwide.
